These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the InvoiceTray software-as-a-service platform, operated by Venkman Solutions SRL, Kunstlaan 6-9 Avenue des Arts, 1210 Brussels, Belgium.

The Service

InvoiceTray provides a cloud-based invoicing and accounting solution for freelancers and small businesses. The Service is provided on a subscription basis and may evolve over time.

Account Registration

Accounts must be created with accurate information. Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their credentials.

Billing

Fees are billed in advance according to the selected subscription plan. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.

Data Protection

InvoiceTray complies with GDPR and processes personal data in accordance with Belgian and EU law.

Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by Belgian law.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Belgian law. Courts of Belgium have exclusive jurisdiction.
